A Wind B3 kicker who deals large single-target damage to 
Iron and Wind-weak bosses, with or without parts, since most of her damage comes in burst. Her team buff raises Sustained DMG for Wind assault rifles, which currently helps only a few low-meta units.
Her heavy self buffs make outside buffs less effective, and she's expensive to optimise.
