A Wind attacker released as an answer to the 
Modernia and Altesein interception bosses. She can still counter those two, but better options exist now and she does little anywhere else, even against Wind-weak bosses.

Operates according to her own code of conduct and only carries out an order after her observations.
In an Outpost Encounter at the Hotel with D, it is revealed to the commander that she, along with K, are the true owners and operators of the Hotel, servicing in secrecy so as not to disturb their guests on account of their reputation for being elite assassins.

A woman of few words, D is a master assassin who executes all her operations with the utmost seriousness and attentiveness.
She never allows her emotions to compromise her work, which results in her aloof and stoic demeanor, and is always sure to thoroughly research her targets and their involvements before coming to a decision over whether they deserve to live or die.
Her no-nonsense attitude when it comes to her job makes her easily unamused by jokes or any sort of lightheartedness.
Due to how often her targets require her to go undercover, D is an incredibly skilled actress.
Whether it’s being a very doting wife, a secret agent, or even imitating animals, D is able to play the part of whatever she needs to be at any moment.
Despite the heavy burden she bears in her line of work, D truly believes that it helps in making the world a better place.
She envisions the world on a cosmic scale of good and evil and makes sure to kill evil individuals so that the scales will tip more towards the side of good, with hopes that someday the scales will be tipped in good's favor permanently.
