Is Yukiko Amagi good?
A Fire machine gunner from the Persona collab who heals the team from the B3 slot and gives herself Elemental DMG and plenty of ATK, so high deficit and high DEF don't stop her. She pairs with 
Queen (Makoto Niijima) to trade ATK buffs and keeps 
Crown's Skill 2 up permanently.
Her damage depends heavily on her base weapon and on cores, and her AoE is weak.
