Is Diggers good?
A control-focused 5-star Plant debuffer. His DEF shred hits both Reality and Mental, so he fits either damage type, and he brings Weakness, Nightmare, shields and Terror (which removes Moxie to stop enemy ultimates) across his kit, including more than a round of control.
His shred is weaker than specialists', most of his defensive debuffs are single-target, and two rounds of Nightmare mean you can't attack the target for a round after his ultimate.

You can see Diggers in any street corner.
He offers help to any friend, and he'll be the most passionate neighbor on the streets, if you don't mind his strange train of thought.

What a terrible place!
I don't want to think about any of it—how I thought I'd gotten away from that island, only to wind up back in the Manus's hands ...
I spent every penny on custom-made clothes to show respect for the island's philosopher, yet didn't come across a single Dionysan believer in the end!
Is art truly dying? The people here only care about cannons and warships.
