Is Kakania good?
Kakania is a 6-star Plant tank-support, one of the first true tanks and among the top sustains: she takes 50% of the damage allies receive, stores part of it as Empathy, heals the team as it builds, and turns it back into damage. Her Solace ATK buff is very strong, her damage is mostly Genesis so it works in any fight, and she isn't tied to a gimmick, so she fits almost any team.
She's best in long content like raids where Empathy stacks up, and specialised supports can edge her out in some teams.

PAGENAME (卡卡尼亚)(real name: Klara Vingler) is a Plant Arcanist in Reverse: 1999.
She first appeared in chapter six E lucevan le stelle in Version 1.7, and was officially introduced in the main chapter Vereinsamt alongside Lorelei, Semmelweis and Lucy in Version 1.9.
Kakania dreams of helping the people of Vienna that suffer from mental illness, whether she is licensed to or not.
