Is Flutterpage good?
Flutterpage is a 6-star Star support, very AP-positive, whose Force Field grows with her Gust stacks: at 5 she adds Reality damage whenever allies attack and more when they follow up, and higher tiers raise damage dealt and guarantee crits. Her ultimate turns all her cards into mass attacks, freeing Spelldock space, and she can grant an extra AP.
She thrives with teammates who take extra actions, but late-game defenses have pushed her from sub-DPS to pure support, and she's fragile.

PAGENAME (纸信圈儿) (real name: Liberti Grove) is a Star Arcanist in Reverse: 1999.
She was introduced through the event Chronicles of Uluru: London Dawning alongside Brimley and Willow in Version 2.3.
"If only I could fly like a bird, soaring through the misty skies of London, I would have the freedom that no longer bound me to the ground."
"She's gone. 3 months have passed since her last letter." As Flutterpage hurries down the steps, she hears an old woman speaking into the house.
She hesitates, glancing back at the tilted mailbox with its noticeable crack—the reason the elderly woman often waits for her by the door.
Stamps are always in short supply during the war, and empty mailboxes have become the norm.
Flutterpage had witnessed this quiet disappointment too many times.
After a brief pause, she gently knocks on the door, presenting a primrose to the disappointed woman.
"Is this for me? How kind ... thank you, dear." Leaning on her walking stick, the woman steps outside the house.
"I'm waiting for news—the kind that blooms like this flower."
Flutterpage lifts her gaze curiously. "You mean ...?"
"War lingers like the coldest winter. May peace arrive with the spring."
"I think I get it. When spring comes, I'll make sure you're the first to know—you can bet on it.

At 15 or more stacks, gain Wave of Sheets. At 25 or more stacks, gain Adieu, Mother Earth. Insight 2: ATK +5% when the caster enters battle. Insight 3: Max Eureka +2. After attacking, grant Eureka +2 to self. When entering battle, grant Moxie +2 to self, and gain 10 stacks of Gust for 2 rounds.
