Is 37 good?

37 is a 6-star Star sub-carry who builds Eureka from her own incantations and from allies' follow-up attacks, then casts Supplementary Formula, a mass attack mixing Mental and Genesis damage, which makes her a natural fit for follow-up teams. Her Insight III adds 20% Crit Rate and lets her Genesis damage crit, and Genesis is resisted by very few enemies.

With frequent follow-ups around her she runs almost AP-free. At P0 her damage is mediocre (she really wants P3 or higher), her ultimate is a weak support tool used mostly for Eureka, and she's extremely fragile.
