A 4-star Star unit who supports crit teams: at rank 2 or 3, Heavy Axe applies strong Crit Resist and Crit DEF debuffs to one enemy for a round, and her ultimate dispels buffs, positive statuses and counters from the target and Disarms it. She's cheap and useful early for crit teams, but she's single-target only, her debuffs last one round so timing matters, and once your team has plenty of Crit Rate she's hard to justify.
