Semmelweis is a free 6-star Mineral support (from 1.9) whose Proper Means gives the whole team damage dealt and designates a Fresh Blood ally who loses HP before casting in exchange for 15% Crit Rate. Her Array stacks with other effects and is easy to maintain, she hits hard herself and can take Fresh Blood for a DPS style, and she revives self-damaging characters like 
Eternity.
Her HP tax demands strong sustain and leaves teams exposed to burst, her stacks build slowly with few self-damage units, and she's not especially AP-positive.

PAGENAME (塞梅尔维斯) (real name: Bella) is a Mineral Arcanist in Reverse: 1999.
She first appeared in Echoes in the Mountain in Version 1.6 and was officially introduced alongside Lorelei, Lucy and Kakania in Version 1.9.
Many know Semmelweis as "a respectable, good-hearted person", but few know of her true background.
