Horropedia is a 5-star Mineral Mental damage dealer with real utility: a rank 2 or 3 Logic Dictates strips every enemy buff (and counters, thanks to Insight I), and his ultimate inflicts Fear, raising all enemies' Mental damage taken by 25%. His self-contained kit fits Mental teams as DPS, sub-DPS or support, and at Insight III with his skills at level 2 or higher he hits well.
He's mediocre at low investment, his dispel is single-target, and Fear does nothing for Reality teams.

Background
PAGENAME (real name: Joshua) is a Mineral Arcanist in Reverse: 1999.
He was introduced through the event A Nightmare at Green Lake alongside Blonney, Tooth Fairy and Jessica in Version 1.2.
On the first day of school, the instructor took away his horror novels.
Later, Horropedia would frequent faculty offices, detention rooms, and the School of Discipline.
Soon, he blended into the quiet campus, just like any other typical child.
This is the Daoist's first solo mission, an opportunity he's eagerly awaited.
Before, bound by his master's orders, he had to work alongside his senior sister.
She had the strangest methods for dealing with ghosts—like hitting them with candies.
Even stranger, her methods actually worked.
He tried her approach once in secret, but nothing happened.
Perhaps an exclusive technique.
Now he stands before a dilapidated temple.
According to local rumors, a powerful Yao dwells within—so he's come prepared with three peach wood swords and several transportation talismans allowing him to cover miles in a single step.
If all else fails, fleeing is always an option.
