Is Coppélia good?

Coppélia is a Mineral Conduit unit and a core member of that archetype, casting with Mineral Energy. Her Skill 2 gives the team Crit Rate and Crit DMG, her Insight raises Conduit Might, and her ultimate lowers Energy consumption and front-loads Energy for herself and the ally behind her, so both trigger their Conduits more often.

She can even act as a Conduit DPS in a pinch, but her full value needs other Conduit units and she's awkward outside that team.
