Is Rhiannon good?
Rhiannon is a 6-star Beast support designed to fit anywhere: her All-Rounder trait lets her benefit from archetype-specific buffs in any team, and Chirping Chorus plus natural Moxie generation keep her permanently AP-free.
Her offensive buffs are rare ones, such as a bonus to Afflatus Advantage and to ATK, and can grant an Extra Turn that allows a whole extra rotation, about once or twice per stage. She gives no team-wide Crit Rate.
