Justice heals the whole team, more on allies below 50% HP, so it's best saved for burst healing, while Power deals Genesis damage at rank 2 or 3; her ultimate cleanses her and grants Immunity, and Leech Rate helps her stay alive.

She does fine early, but her healing is modest and tricky, she brings no other utility, and dedicated sustains and sub-DPS do each job better.
