Is Anjo Nala good?
This 6-star Beast Arcanist does nearly everything. At battle start she binds to an ally, and depending on that ally's Afflatus both gain stats and the ally's incantations trigger her follow-ups or Moxie gain; the bound ally's Moxie goes to her instead.
She fires lots of follow-ups, applies reliable Captivated control, deals high damage and hits harder on debuffed enemies. She pairs poorly with characters who need their own Moxie or have slow ultimate cycles, like 
Willow.

PAGENAME (天使娜娜) (Real Name: Nala Hari) is a Beast Arcanist in Reverse: 1999.
She was initially introduced as NPC Ms. Kimberly in the event Floor It!
To the Golden City in Version 2.0, and later on made playable as Anjo Nala in the event Tristes Tropiques alongside White Rum, Mr.
Duncan and Lopera in Version 2.2.
It was as if those sweet emotions had been taken to Heaven by her sister.
Forbidden Fruit: Men judge the fruit for a sin of their own making.
A bright red, juicy apple hangs in the center of the Elysium.
Ignorant of its meaning, the starving take notice of it.
Growing just low enough to reach. Its color vivid, its scent sweet.
A whisper curls through their ears, saying: "Take it." Because it hangs so tantalizingly close, because it draws every eye, the fruit is guilty of its own brilliance.
There is no reason not to reach out. When the sweet juice blooms across their tongues, they feel the world lighten for the first time.
The flavor enthralls them, and they hurry to taste more until a new thought takes root in their minds.
"This fruit will belong to me forever. This world has hidden delights that I am owed."
Even as they drown in their blissful dream, they never realize that the urging voice came not from the outside, but from within.

Both Anjo Nala and her bound ally enter a channeling status and cannot act for 1 round; at the start of the next round, the bound ally loses (Current HP x50%) HP and casts their ultimate, then Anjo Nala casts her own ultimate: Mass attack. Inflicts 2 random effects from Collection of Debuffs on all enemies, then deals 500% Mental DMG to all enemies; for every type of [Neg Status] held among all enemies, this attack deals an additional 60% Mental DMG.

The type of binding is determined by the Afflatus of the bound character, and provides enhancements to both characters: Spirit/Intelligence [Mind and Flesh]: 4% of each other's ATK and Max HP. Beast/Plant [Bone and Blood]: 8% of each other's Critical DMG and Reality DEF. Mineral/Star [Form and Phantom]: 8% of each other's Critical Rate and Mental DEF. Anjo Nala's Max Moxie is changed to 12 while Ultimate Moxie Cost or Consumption is changed to 8. The bound ally cannot gain or cast ultimates. All Moxie gained by the bound ally will be transferred to Anjo Nala instead. Insight 2: Critical DMG +15% when the caster enters battle. Insight 3: After the bound ally actively casts an incantation, if Anjo Nala is in the Hymn status, reduce the duration of the Hymn status by 1 round, and trigger additional effects based on the binding's type [Mind and Flesh]: Anjo Nala casts a rank 1 Feast of Lust as a follow-up attack on the enemy with the lowest HP percentage.
