Is Paper Heron good?
Paper Heron is a 6-star Plant Impromptu carry who gives Impromptu Incantation the Plant Afflatus and Reality damage (when paired with 
Barcarola, whoever sits higher sets it). She's strong in single-target and multi-target fights, has a very strong Array that boosts Impromptu damage, and gives allies offensive buffs that feed back into it.
She only works in Impromptu teams.
