Is Red Escanor good?
Escanor's Blazing Sun hits hard when he's buffed, which is why a strong free-to-play build around him wants 
Red Arthur or another buffer on the team; without that support the same attack falls flat. He also has an AoE skill that drains the enemy's ultimate gauge and decent crit defense to absorb incoming crits, and he holds up reasonably well against Howlex, Original Demon, and Einek's Knighthood Boss in a mono-red build.
His Regen, Crit Resistance, Recovery, and Lifesteal are all weak, his buffs can be stripped by Cancel Buff, Petrify, or Freeze, and stronger units like Derieri or Traitor 
Meliodas outperform him once you have them. We rank him B tier.
