Is Red Howzer good?
Howzer is best known as a farming machine: his two AoE skills let him solo-clear Free Stages and SP Dungeon content quickly, and his ultimate decreases enemy skill ranks while draining their ultimate gauge, which helps him stay ahead in tougher boss fights. His unique adds basic stats to Human allies, so he slots naturally next to Escanor, Lillia, Arthur, or Twigo, and his Rising Storm AoE scales with Pierce Rate, making Blue Lillia or Weindheidt good partners in a Pierce-focused PvP build.
His base Attack is underwhelming for an SSR and attack disable shuts him down easily, and he isn't actually much use in Death Match despite being great at triggering it. We rank him B tier.
