Is Red Kyo good?
Kyo automatically slaps Ignite debuffs on every enemy during your own turn, and with his Holy Relic he adds two more onto a random target each turn, snowballing fast against any team that lacks a real Recovery skill or cleanse. His skill effects hit harder the more Ignites are stacked, so the right play is targeting units without recovery first, things like Blue Festival 
Ludociel or 
Red Eastin, to keep the stacks building uninterrupted.
He fits well into a Mono-Red team with 
Purgatory Ban, 
Excalibur Arthur, and Twigo, and he tears through PvE bosses that can't cleanse the debuff. His defense is only average and a hard Recovery skill on the enemy side shuts the whole plan down, and he's locked behind the limited KOF collab draw. We rate him A tier.
