Is Red Rem good?
Rem builds up her own Attack, Pierce Rate, and Crit stats every time she fills an ultimate gauge orb, stacking up to five times for a serious damage spike, and that same trigger heals her back 30 percent of her max HP whenever the gauge tops off. Her Crushing Strike scales with active buffs on herself, up to a 150 percent increase combined with her unique, letting her one-shot even tanky targets, and her AoE options ignore Resistance while cutting down the enemy's ultimate effectiveness.
She's still a real Elite PvP threat since she doesn't need a dedicated team to function, but The One Escanor, Blue Festival Berserk Estarossa, and Green Demon Lord Rimuru Tempest all counter her hard by stripping her buffs or tearing through her weak Defense. In PvE and Death Match she's a strong damage dealer against Howlex and Original Demon, especially alongside Red Summer Diane, though later Demonic Beast phases cap damage in a way that blunts her burst. We rank her A tier.

Her passive skill complements her skills to amplify its damage; not only that but it also recovers her HP when she fills her Ult Gauge. Every time an orb is filled when using, moving, or ranking up her skills will automatically give her a buff that increases Attack-related stats by 5% for 3 turns. It can stack for up to 5 times for a maximum of 25% increase in Attack, Pierce Rate, Crit Chance, and Crit Damage.
