Is Eileene good?
Eileene stacks Defense Reduction and Incoming Healing Reduction up to four times each, which makes her especially rough on tanky opponents, and she pairs well with other heroes carrying the same passives, like Yu. She also spreads Shock and Burn, and her own Effect Hit Rate boost makes those ailments land more often, which is why she works well alongside Karl Heron too.
She can absorb damage until she's hit four times, then revives with three turns of Damage Immunity and automatically fires her second skill again, though once those defensive layers run out she goes down fast, and Shock does nothing against Crowd Control immune enemies.
