Is Pascal good?
Pascal deals big single-target damage by combining a critical hit with Ignore Defense, and at Transcendence 6 that attack gets a guaranteed crit on top. Skill 1 resetting Skill 2's cooldown lets him chain that damage more often, and Damage Nullification gives him a bit of survivability too.
His attack range is narrow though, so he's mainly worth running in boss fights rather than general content.
