Is Rahkun good?

Rahkun tanks purely through durability, shrugging off Physical damage thanks to his resistance, and Taunt keeps enemy attacks locked onto him. A Block Rate boost, extra Defense, and a Transcendence-6 barrier add up to a genuinely hard target to kill.

He's built entirely around durability though: both of his skills only affect himself, and he has no attack skills at all.
