Is Ruri good?
Ruri heals herself as a Magic attacker every time she uses a skill, which keeps her fighting longer than most glass-cannon casters. She deals extra damage on Fatal Hits, so boosting her Fatal Hit Rate through gear and Transcendence really pays off, especially once Transcendence 2 gives Weakness Hit Chance and Transcendence 6 adds Ignore Defense to Skill 2.
She's particularly strong in Castle Rush and Advent Expedition, where three-target Magic attacks are effective.
