Is Charlotte good?

Charlotte is a Sun striker whose damage is fine but whose real job is support: Vow of Victory gives an ally CRIT Rate and Attack, and Unyielding Strike lowers an enemy's Attack while pushing her own Action Gauge. Each Unyielding Strike also stacks more damage onto her basic attack. We rate her A tier.
