Scarlet is an SR striker whose Stellar Sigil Blooming upgrade to SSR makes her a strong sustained-damage pick: her Burns ignore effect resistance, and Let's Heat Things Up! hits harder against burning targets. Before the upgrade she's a basic single-target attacker. We rate her D tier before the upgrade.
