Is Amelia good?

A Composed back-row support and one of the few Composed units able to carry a team. Her Freshman skill drops a laser bombardment with Electrocution, her Senior skill fires a six-hit laser cannon that stuns Electrocuted enemies after it overheats, and her passive Electrocutes two random enemies every 10 seconds.

Great AoE damage with steady debuffs and stuns, and a big help pushing Yggdrasil in early and mid game.
