Is Jade good?

A Composed magic DPS who stacks JadeForce through enhanced attacks and her Senior skill, which hits four times, grants three stacks and restores SP, then spends them on her Freshman AoE for up to 1.5x damage. Each stack gained shields her, so she's tanky for a DPS, but for such a selfish kit her damage is low and she offers no utility.
