Is Aya good?
A Composed magic 
DPS and Eldain, very strong in elemental-advantage and mono-element content. Her Freshman skill sends an ice butterfly that hits repeatedly, halves enemy skill damage for 6 seconds and restores her SP, and her Senior skill chains frost flowers through up to five enemies, applying Freeze, which makes Composed attacks hit harder.
Her passive cuts crit damage taken by 48% and gives every Composed ally 26% ATK, even from the bench. As an Eldain she's harder to obtain.
