Is Cuora good?
Cuora is built purely to tank, and once Shell Defense is active she becomes one of the hardest targets in the game to actually kill: an extra block slot, a bigger DEF buff, and steady HP regen all at once. Her talent and module push her DEF further still, so between the two she can outlast most Protector Defenders regardless of rarity.
The cost is that Shell Defense stops her from attacking entirely, but given how little damage she deals anyway, that's barely a loss.
