On our Arknights tier list Jessica is D tier, 266th of the 293 characters ranked, from where 13 current tier lists put Jessica.

Jessica blends damage and survival for a Marksman Sniper: Power Strike β adds periodic burst hits for steady DPS, and her talent's ASPD buff keeps that damage flowing. Smokescreen is her standout tool, though, giving her a 75% chance to dodge both physical and Arts attacks while buffing her ATK, which lets her tank hits from dangerous ranged enemies that would otherwise wreck a Sniper.

Her constant damage output is only mediocre and she lacks real burst, so higher-rarity Marksman Snipers generally outclass her on pure damage.
