On our Arknights tier list Pinecone is B tier, 108th of the 293 characters ranked, from where 8 current tier lists put Pinecone.

Pinecone hits everything in her range at once, with whatever's directly in front taking extra damage, and carries unusually high HP and DEF for a Sniper. RMA Spikes ignores enemy DEF entirely and can stack multiple charges, while Electrical Overcharge ramps her ATK up further the longer it's active.

She's a solid B, though her range is short (and gets shorter still under Overcharge), her attack interval runs high, and Portable Energy Source's SP boost only lasts for a minute after she's deployed rather than sticking around.
