Is Shirayuki good?
Shirayuki splashes damage across her target's area, and Shuriken stretches her range out to the longest of any Sniper in the game. Fatal Shuriken slows enemies while dealing Arts damage, which makes her especially good against slow, high-DEF targets, and her upgraded module adds a temporary SP boost after kills to keep her skills cycling.
Heavy Shuriken trades attack speed for more ATK, and without Fatal Shuriken running, she doesn't do much against armored enemies.
