Is Utage good?
Utage restores HP with every attack and gets tougher the lower her HP drops, thanks to Serious Mode's attack-speed boost that also speeds up her own recovery. Descending Strike - Earth Splitter buffs her ATK and switches her attacks to arts damage for a while, but costs her half her HP the instant she's deployed, which actually triggers Serious Mode immediately and turns her into a genuine arts assassin.
She's a solid B, though she can only block one enemy, can't be healed directly by allies, and Space Out, her defensive option, takes her out of the fight entirely while it's active.

A Higashinese girl of unknown racial heritage and an exchange student in Lungmen, Utage is known for being a fashionista who always wants to try something new.
However, an incident during a school trip caused her to contract Oripathy.
Currently Utage is under treatment in Rhodes Island, where she is also lending her service as a combatant using her Originium-enhanced physique.
