Is Chizuru good?
Chizuru builds her own attack card: hitting enemies under Cursed Shackles earns Will-O'-Wisps, every five make a Shadow of the Moon, and three of those merge into a version that also heals her. The card is retained, so she attacks every turn, and playing Oni Hunt first raises its damage.
Her Bind effect limits AP gain to her own cards and turn starts, so teammates who hand out AP do little for her; she pairs best with high-hit or 0-cost attackers like 
Tressa.
Strengths
- Retained attack card means damage every turn
- Heals herself, which is rare outside Controllers
- Big single-target hits with Oni Hunt
