Is Tressa good?
Tressa stacks Agony, a fixed damage-over-time effect, onto enemies for reliable damage even against high-durability targets, and her kit runs cheap enough on 0 and 1 cost cards to sit comfortably next to a pricier teammate.
The catch is that Agony ticks at the end of the turn, so an enemy sitting on a sliver of HP can still act once more before it finally goes down. She fits into an attacker-support build alongside 
Cassius and 
Mika, or a dedicated Pain-stacking build with Kalliope.
