Is Fei good?

Fei's turn revolves around Flame Arts: pairing Night Rain with Inferno Rhapsody sets it off, and the aim is to draw through her deck while spending as few Rhapsodies as possible. Soulfire Dance and the Heavensfall cards she creates add the finishing damage.

She leans on Cassius for draw and Morale and on Selena for Coordinated Attacks, and she sits in our B tier.
