Is Renoa good?

Renoa attacks consistently thanks to frequent Attack Cards and the extra hit tacked onto Dirge Bullet, and stacking up Dirge Bullets before unloading Resolute Assault alongside her Ego Skill can produce a massive single-turn burst. Getting there takes careful sequencing, since holding bullets for a bigger payoff usually beats spending them right away.

She runs well with Cassius and Nia feeding her cards, and works into either a Repose Bullet build with Diana or a discard-focused build with Lucas.
