Is Fushu good?
Fushu covers healing, Sanity recovery, and a Skill Damage buff all in one kit, plus a summon that adds even more restoration and chip damage on top. She benefits from the game's same-element bonus, and pairing her with the other Hydro Skill-Damage buffer, 
Tabethe, stacks their buffs together for an even bigger boost to whatever Skill DMG carry rounds out the team.
She does need a fair amount of Skill Damage on her own gear to pull her weight, but there's not much she does poorly otherwise.

Holistic Harmony
BuffDeals Hydro Damage to nearby enemies. Grants the user an Ultra Shield and an ATK Speed Increase. Nearby allies receive an Ultra Shield and [Nine-Needle Therapy]. Nine-Needle Therapy: Increases Skill Damage by a percentage of Fushu's Skill Damage.
Archaeus Revival
Using a Combat or Ultimate Skill (by the user or nearby allies) grants 1 stack of Skill Speed Increase, up to 2 stacks. Remaining Time refreshes each time a new stack is gained.
Brimful of Vitality
Increases Skill Damage based on the number of Yunchi on the field.
Meridian Synergy
Increases Skill DMG for self and allies if 2 or more characters on the team share the same element.
