Is Tabethe good?
Tabethe buffs Skill Damage, the stat most DPS units scale off, through both her regular skill and her Combat Partner passive. She also floods the field with Tentacles that immobilize enemies, generated from crits as well as her ultimate, giving her solid crowd control coverage even though those Tentacles don't hit very hard on their own.
She's much better used as a Combat Partner buffing someone else's damage than as a DPS in her own right.
