Is Phoxhunter good?
The 
Umbro version of Phoxhunter works as a sub-DPS who buffs both Umbro Damage and 
Weapon Damage, adds to allies' combo points, and heals on top of dealing solid damage himself. He needs a Weapon-DMG-focused Umbro attacker in the party to really pay off, and he doesn't become available until fairly deep into the story.
