Zhiliu deals Skill Damage as an Electro attacker whose ultimate can take three different forms depending on how her active skill was used beforehand, with one version hitting a huge area for big damage.
That range of options, on top of self-buffs and an Ultra Shield, makes her a strong pick for Infinity Commissions in particular. She does burn through Sanity fast to keep her kit running.

[Thunder's Oracle Peal]: Consumes all [Talismans], dealing Electro Damage to enemies in a straight line ahead. Myriad Things Thrive: When holding 1 [Talisman: Zhen] and 1 [Talisman: Xun], replaces [Heaven-Earth Divination] with this skill. Removes all [Talismans]. Deals DoT to enemies in a forward area, then creates a [Four Realms Align] field at their location. Farm Secret Letters through the Crystalophile (Level 80) and Aurora Express Main Cannon bosses in Nocturnal Echoes, claimable up to 5 times per week; open with a Covert Commission for a chance at a Thought; 30 Thoughts unlock her or upgrade Intron level; also buy Thoughts for 150 Phoxene Plumule in the Shop.
Zhiliu's signature weapon is Eternal Farewell.
