Is Muwi good?

Muwi has a niche in Wyvern Hunt, and on an all-Ice team he speeds up whenever the frontmost hero gets attacked, plus he counters using Blade Fury on a 2-turn cycle. That upside is narrow though, since the combat readiness boost needs a full Ice team to even turn on, his passive only triggers off the front hero taking a hit, and his 3-star stats don't give him much to fall back on otherwise.
