Is Alexa good?
A single-target Ice thief built around stacking debuffs and then cashing them in. 
Cold Edge applies two Poisons and pushes her forward, 
Crushing Blow gets stronger the more debuffs the target carries, and a crit on 
Fell can chain into a bonus Lightning Bolt.
She has nothing that hits more than one enemy, and her two big skills sit on long cooldowns, so she's D tier for us.

Background
Despite her young age, Alexa has managed to become a formally appointed knight of the Order of the Sword trusted with all kinds of duties.
She greatly admires Iseria, who taught her how to use a sword.
Lore
In Welcome to Oasis Land, Alexa appears only briefly, and specifically as Summer's Disciple Alexa, during the scenes showing Oasis Land after its restoration and reopening.
She does not take part in the central conflict involving Frida, the Pfalz family, or the effort to revive the park, but instead appears as one of the visitors enjoying the reopened attraction.
In that role, she helps show that Oasis Land has become lively and crowded again, full of familiar faces and active guests.
Her short appearance takes place near the food stalls, where Holiday Yufine excitedly tries to buy a large amount of food at once.
Alexa politely points out that Yufine is buying a little too much for herself and reminds her that other people are waiting in line behind her.
When Summertime Iseria says she does not really mind, Alexa still objects out of concern for order and consideration toward the others.
Yufine then apologizes, explaining that everything looked too delicious to resist.
Through this exchange, the story presents Alexa as courteous, conscientious, and attentive to those around her, even in a very small cameo.
Taken as a whole, Alexa has no independent arc in Welcome to Oasis Land.
Her role is part of the reopening montage, where the story uses short appearances from summer-themed characters to show the restored park in full operation.
In Summer's Disciple Alexa’s case, that cameo emphasizes not only the festive abundance of the food stalls, but also the sense of an active public space where guests are sharing the experience together.
