Is Shadow Rose good?
Shadow Rose's ultimate saps every enemy's action gauge while pumping up her own side's, so her team ends up moving sooner in most fights. Two of her other skills can both knock an enemy's defense down, and one of them clears a buff off the target before that debuff lands so it isn't wasted on a protected foe; that same skill swaps to inflicting unhealable instead once the enemy drops under half health.
On top of that she boosts her own effectiveness stat, making her own debuffs stick more often, and players tend to run her in PvE purely for that turn-order control and defense-shredding rather than as a typical front-line Knight.
