Is Apocalypse Ravi good?
Ravi leans into offense over defense: her job is to soak damage and land a finishing blow, with a passive that lets her take more hits and heal herself along the way, and a situational revive if that finishing blow gets a kill. A well-built 
Ravi, running a Counter set or high Health with decent Defense and Effect Resistance, hits hard on offense and can tank a bit too, but she still folds to a clean one-shot on defense and offers little utility beyond that conditional revive.
We rate her B, and she needs high Crit Rate and Crit Damage on top of a large health pool of 20k or more to actually do good damage.
