Is Arbiter Vildred good?
Vildred revives with full HP and action gauge if they're ever stunned down, immediately firing off Skill 3 again as though nothing happened. That same skill hits the whole enemy team, grants Attack Up, and resets its own cooldown whenever it stuns someone, letting Vildred chain big AoE hits back to back.
Between the revive safety net and the self-sustaining AoE, they're a strong pick in both PvP and PvE, good for an S-tier rating.
