Is Ravi good?
Ravi is built to slug it out, pairing high durability with a life-drain skill that keeps him topped up through a long fight. He buffs himself both when attacking and when getting hit, and taking damage even speeds up his own action gauge, while a crit taken against him clears one of his own debuffs, so pressure from the enemy doesn't actually hurt his plan much.
His third skill spreads Laceration across every enemy, permanently trimming as much as a fifth of their max HP, with a shot at stunning them too, and since his attack skills guarantee crits on their own, none of his gear needs to go toward crit rate.
