Is Hoyan good?
Holden's twin, a Hollow unit focused on burst damage and revives. Her S3 nuke costs half her current HP but deals up to 90% more with her missing HP, her S2 stacks are key to her output, and she gets an automatic Soul Ward on death and can revive allies repeatedly in long fights.
At S1 level 5 her Wound lasts two turns. She struggles in PVE and needs a levelled S2, while passive disable, dispels and Block can shut her down.
Pairs well with: Holden.
