Is Kethos good?
A Reason bruiser and controller who deals HP-based damage. His passive gains a stack whenever an enemy uses a skill, and at 3-4 stacks he steals the next enemy's turn, resetting their turn meter and acting instead.
His S3 can give him double turns and his AoE cooldown increases land very often. He's strong in PVP but weak in PVE, slow by nature and unprotected from CC.
