Is Liliam good?
A Disorder nuker and controller who needs little help. Her passive makes her immune to every hard CC and all turn meter reduction, her S2 hits one target twice and always stuns it below 70% HP regardless of ACC, and her S3 permanently lowers the max HP of enemies it hits.
She brings her own ATK and SPD buffs and is fast for a damage dealer. Her buffs are selfish and she needs every skill levelled.

Resounding Thunder
Skill 2 · Cooldown 3Liliam deals 2 hit(s) of 200% damage to a single enemy. For every 1% HP the target has lost, the final damage increases by 1.2%. Guaranteed to inflict a 1-turn [Stun] on targets with less than 70% HP, and a 1-turn [Stun] on all enemies if the main target's HP percentage is below 25% after taking damage.
Flash Lightning
Skill 3 · Cooldown 3Under the lightning, none can escape! Liliam applies [ATK+] and [SPD+], to herself for 2 turns, then deals 550% damage to a single enemy. When the target's HP percentage is above 60%, increases damage result by 50%. This damage ignores Shield. When the target is a non-boss, destroys max HP equal to 100% of the damage dealt. When the target is a boss, increases damage result by 50%.
